Yes, you need to register on the site to place an order.

There are various benefits of creating an account on our website, some of the benefits being - receiving regular updates on the latest offers, new arrivals, and much more. You are also required to add the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can log in and review the order history of all the transactions done on the account.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of Gond Sarkar International Pvt Ltd

Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please send us an email on our contact us page or call us on phone number with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm the cancellation.

The refund for the returned products will be given in the form of a coupon code that will be valid for 3 months which can be applied on the next purchase. Upon completion of "Quality Check" process for returned products, company/ Bare Dezire will initiate the refund within 7-10 working days to the same instrument which was debited. Bare Dezire does not have any influence on the refund timelines except processing the refund. Once the refund is issued, we request you to kindly connect with your respective bank or credit card issuer for further updates.

Bare Dezire may choose to run cart level promotional offers at any point of time. Please note that the cart level discounts are applicable when/ if certain no. of products are bought together. While customers are allowed to place return requests for one/ more than one product bought under the cart level offer, customers stand to lose any applicable cart level discount on the products being returned. Refunds will be calculated accordingly and processed.

You will have to provide your bank details via email and the amount will be credited to your account within 7-14 working days.

No, As per the company policy once a type of refund mode is opted for by the customer, a request for change in refund mode will not be entertained.

Our courier partner picks up returns across the country to over 12000 Pin codes. These return pickups are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

We offer you instant gratification with your every purchase! We hate to see you cancel/return your order but promise to lend you a hand, until the very end.


On return/cancellation of an order, the refund amount, including the GST collected would be refunded, in its entirety. In case of partial returns, the GST amount charged corresponding to that particular item(s) shall be refunded.

All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.

You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card if the delivery person is carrying ‘card swipe POS machine’.

Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 7,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking or Credit card.

In case, you have received a defective product kindly drop us a mail with clear images of the defective product within 7 days of purchase. Once the defect is confirmed, we can either process a refund or an exchange for you. Please note, the exchange will not be provided in case of any bottom wear. In case of defective bottom-wear, we would be issuing you a refund for the product.

Bare Dezire Return / Exchange Policy

Our delivery executives also ensure that the products are delivered to your doorstep with the highest level of care. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we request you to understand the following conditions and limitations for return or exchange. When Are Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange?

Bare Dezire does not accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories:

  • Worn products

  • Products that appear washed

  • Products with missing tags

  • Soiled or stained products with glitter or other particles

  • Products emitting perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odor

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products purchased on clearance sale (regardless of color, style, quality, or size preferences)

  • Products bought using seasonal offers, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other special offers (unless they are faulty or damaged)

  • Exchanged products (a product can be exchanged only once and cannot be returned or refunded after exchange)

  • Products that do not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Which Products Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged?

Due to strict hygiene guidelines, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties

  • Legwear

  • Shapewear

  • Swimwear

  • Nightwear (other than pajama and shorts sets)

  • All accessories

  • Bralettes

  • Cami bras

  • Tube bras

  • Lingerie sets

  • Bras (other than bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets)

  • Pajama or shorts nightwear sets

Process of Return/Exchange

If your product(s) meet the above policies of Bare Dezire, they are eligible for return or exchange. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Return/Exchange Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 07 days of delivery.

  2. Online Process: Place an exchange order directly on your Bare Dezire account on the orders page.

  3. Customer Support: Call us at 9831581634 and get assistance from our customer care agents for returning or exchanging your products.

  4. Email: Connect with us via our Support Portal by writing an email to support@baredezire.com. Ensure the email subject contains the order ID and attach a few images of the product to help us understand your issue further.

  5. Once the return or exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours. Please note that the pickup does not guarantee the return or exchange approval.


    Our examination team will review the products before approving your return or exchange request within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:


    • Properly fold and pack the product as received

    • Ensure that all tags are attached
